AUTHENTICITY

At Miss a La Mode, authenticity is the definition of what we do. We take authenticating every item that we source, sell and deliver securely to our customers very seriously. All items sold are 100% authentic and delivered with the full original content. Hermes bags are delivered with the original store receipt, CITIES and box content. Please note Hermes bags are not sold with authenticity cards like Chanel. All other items such as non hermes handbags, jewelry and watches are delivered with the original box and matching card or paperwork. Ready to wear purchased through Miss a La Mode will be originally labeled. If purchasers remove any labels we are unable to exchange or refund under any circumstances. Miss a La Mode will hold onto any original store receipts for Ready to Wear.

Payment Information:

Miss a La Mode accepts international bank transfers/ wire via our UK Barclays Business account. We accept British Pounds GBP and Dollars USD. For existing regular clients, we can accept all major credit cards including American Express. For new clients, you will need to complete our full compliance application and be able to visit us in person by private appointment to process the card payment with a passport, proof of address and bank statement.

All Credit card payment is subject to a 5% processing fee. There is a 1.5% fee for debit card transactions.

Processing Transaction:

We aim to deliver to you in a timeframe that works for you, however, each delivery is unique.

Miss a La Mode will only dispatch your items once full funds have cleared into our account, we have received and authenticated the items. This time frame can be between 5 – 7 working days unless it is available immediately in London.

For express delivery options including same day and next day please contact us as soon as possible

Miss a La Mode takes 0 financial responsibility for items lost or stolen inbound to us on behalf of you as the client.

Delivery Information:

We offer many different means of delivery for your most trusted items. With over 10 years of experience in delivering items, MALAM can offer you the best means possible. From trusted international couriers to our private white glove private aviation service, please get in touch so we can find what’s best for you.

London and The Rest of the UK:

We offer complimentary hand delivery to clients in Central London zone 1 – 2 on all purchases to clients.

For the rest of London ( Zone 3 – 6 ), England and the UK we recommend DHL or Addison Lee to deliver bags however it’s your decision which courier best works for you. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival to ensure safety.

We highly advise including insurance to cover your valuable delivery at an additional cost. If you fail to declare the full true value of the item and/or insurance at the time of purchase and the item is lost or stolen, please note Miss a La Mode takes zero financial responsibility and no refund will be issued under any circumstance

EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE

With the UK now out of the EU, we recommend a private courier, who specializes in luxury goods deliveries and accurate tracking information such as DHL. All deliveries will require a signature on arrival to ensure safety.

We highly advise insurance to cover your valuable delivery which is an additional cost. If you fail to declare the full true value of the item at the time of purchase and/or insurance and the item is lost or stolen, please note Miss a La Mode takes zero financial responsibility and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

EXOTIC SKINNED ITEMS & Jewellery

All International Customs Borders are eligible and within their right to confiscate your exotic bag without CITIES paperwork.

Please note Ostrich bags are not issued with CITIES.

MALAM assures all clients that on delivery of your exotic bag, you will be presented with your original receipt and CITIES paperwork unless agreed previously.

We recommend highly that you make a clear copy of your CITIES paperwork to travel with and keep the original somewhere safe.

At present we are unable to ship exotics with a courier due to the complex time frame. During the purchase process, we will discuss alternative delivery options.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES

The purchaser takes full responsibility for all fees accrued during the shipping process. Any customs, import duties or tax will be charged directly to the client and not Miss a La Mode under any circumstance.
